We have ALOT more time for breakfast now that I am staying home with the girls full time. This is my favorite breakfast dish at the moment! Healthyish and easy!
1/2 a banana mashed up
1/2 tsp cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
dash of pumpkin spice (optional)
mix it all up and voila! dip your bread and fry it up!
Top with fresh fruit and powdered suger and syrup!
Good thing this was short since I'm holding a baby in one arm and another is holding me :))
PS I LOVE staying at home! It is THE best thing we have ever done! I am loving life!!
